2. What this website is for
This site exists to present the classes, let you book a free 15-minute introductory call, let you take a free level test, and let you buy class packs. It is not a marketplace, it hosts no user accounts and it publishes no content written by third parties.
3. Terms of use
Browsing the site is free and requires no registration. By using it you agree to:
- use it lawfully and in good faith, and give truthful information in the forms;
- not attempt to interrupt the service, alter its content, or access parts of it that are not public;
- not use automated systems to extract content in bulk.
If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian to book or buy classes on your behalf.
4. Intellectual property
The design, texts, structure and code of this website, the class materials, and the questions of the level test belong to the owner named in section 1, unless stated otherwise. You may read and use them for your own learning, but not copy, publish, resell or redistribute them without written permission.
The names and logos of third-party services mentioned here (Stripe, Calendly, Supabase, Google, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.
5. Classes, prices and payment
Classes are 60-minute one-to-one video sessions. Scheduling happens through Calendly, and the class itself by video call. These are the packs on sale:

The prices shown are the final price you pay. Payment is made through Stripe, an external payment provider: you are redirected to its secure page and this website never sees or stores your card details.
Rescheduling and cancellations
You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice, as many times as you need. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice counts as a session used.
Right of withdrawal
Because this is a distance contract with a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason (article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Just write to hola@catalanwithbet.com.
If you have already taken classes from the pack during those 14 days, the amount corresponding to those classes is deducted in proportion to the pack, and the rest is refunded by the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving your request.
6. Liability and external links
We do our best to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. We are not liable for damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as a failure at the hosting provider or in the external services the site relies on.
This site links to and embeds external services (Stripe, Calendly, Google Fonts, Supabase and social networks). We do not control their content or their policies, and we are not responsible for them. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Personal data and cookies
Everything about the data we collect, what we use it for, who processes it and how to exercise your rights is explained in the privacy policy. Storage technologies used by the browser are described in the cookies policy.
8. Applicable law and disputes
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute may be brought before the courts of your place of residence, and nothing here limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
Before going to court, you can always write to hola@catalanwithbet.com and we will try to sort it out. If you live in the European Union, you can also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

We may update this page if the service, the prices or the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version.
